Booking Rules
- 7-night minimum stay – required by Key Colony Beach ordinance
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests, including children
- Entire home is yours – fully private, no shared spaces
Payment Schedule
- 50% due at booking – paid securely by major credit card
- Remaining 50% due 60 days before arrival
- Booking within 60 days of arrival? Full amount due at time of booking
- $1,000 damage deposit – temporary hold placed on your verified credit card one day before arrival
Cancellation Policy
- Standard bookings: please refer to booking terms at time of reservation
- Long-term stays (28+ days): cancellation permitted up to 90 days before arrival
