The living area is open, airy, and made for unwinding – new furniture, a 55″ smart HDTV, and double sliding glass doors that frame the Tiki Hut and 200-ft canal beyond.

Whether you’re cooking a fresh catch or mixing something tropical, the kitchen at Manatee Bungalow is ready for it.
The all-new open kitchen features white cabinetry, black quartz countertops, and a stunning tropical blue island with a Carrara quartz counter and oversized stainless sink – a beautiful centerpiece that’s as functional as it is gorgeous.

Just beyond the sliding glass doors, a brand new Tiki Hut sits at the water’s edge – strung with rope lights, cooled by a ceiling fan, and dressed in laid-back island décor. It’s the kind of space you’ll never want to leave.

Boating, Fishing & Diving
Step outside and feel the Keys come alive.
This is where the Florida Keys really shines – and Manatee Bungalow puts you right in the middle of it.
The 35-ft deep-water dock accommodates boats up to 50 ft, with water, electric, a swim ladder, fish cleaning table, bait freezer, and underwater fish lights all on-site. The 200-ft wide canal leads you to open water in just 5 minutes – ocean or gulf, your call.
On the Water:
- Short boat ride to Sombrero Lighthouse & Reef – mooring buoys for easy snorkeling & diving
- Gulf and Atlantic both within easy reach

And of course, Key West – the southernmost point in the U.S. – is just 50 miles down US 1, with world-famous bars, restaurants, shopping, and its legendary nightly sunset festival.
