A Little Island With a Lot Going On

Stay As Long As You Can.

Don’t let the size fool you. Key Colony Beach is its own self-contained municipality – complete with a police department, City Hall, Post Office, bike paths, parks, playgrounds, and more. It’s the kind of place where you can leave the car keys on the counter and explore everything on foot or by bike.

And the best part? Most of it is just steps from Manatee Bungalow’s front door.

Follow the routes along Sadowski Causeway, East Ocean Drive, and West Ocean Drive for a breezy ride or a peaceful morning jog with water views at every turn.

Need a bike? Two on property and local delivery is just a text or call away.

Safe, fun play areas just steps away.
